Fans O' Fonti will accomplish all tasks set forth by Professor Fonti. Our goal, as a group, will be to learn how to work successfully as a team, in order to accomplish any tasks set before us. We will do this in an efficient and orderly manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We will recognize the importance of the individual within the group. Our differing personalities will contribute many new ideas and concepts that will aid in all goals of the team.
Strong communication is the basis of our group strategy. New and useful ideas are inconsequential without proper communication amongst team members. This will enable proper planning and coordination of group meetings to avoid schedule conflicts. Meetings will be weekly, and any work that cannot be accomplished during this time will be assigned to individual members for completion before the next meeting. This strategy will help maximize quality and efficiency.
We will approach our tasks with maximum effort and an attitude of dedication. No group member will be left behind.
